MAKING SUSTAINABILITY A PRIORITY
WE'RE COMMITTED TO OUR ENVIRONMENT
We're not perfect and we don't always get it right, but we try to incorporate sustainability whenever we can! When we were working with our manufacturers on our new line of uniform shoes, we found out that there were ways to use recycled materials without reducing quality.
♻️ 100% of the shoe insole is made with recycled materials (50% cotton / 50% polyester)
♻️ 30% of sole is made with recycled rubber
♻️ Our washable leather is sourced from Leather Working Group partners that follow the best environmental practices
It's a baby step, but nonetheless still a step towards the right direction!

MACHINE-WASHABLE STYLES
To give your shoes a refresh, simply remove the shoe insert and wash them in cold water (max 86F).
Don't use any bleach or abrasive soap, and let them dry in the shade - direct sun is a big no no!

Childrenchic's inspiration comes from the founders' own upbringing. Growing up surrounded by women, they were inspired to create the destination for top footwear for little girls across America and share empowering feeling of wearing a Mary Jane.
